If you are installing energy efficient measures under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) grant, you will require a surveyor to complete a deemed score survey. A deemed score survey assesses the properties current energy measures, such as insulation and heating systems, and the determines which measures the property will be eligible for through the ECO 4 grant.

Our team are highly qualified heat loss surveyors. All of our surveyors have attained a PAS2035 Retrofit Assessor certificate and a Level 3 certificate for Domestic Energy Assessment.
Our surveyors will use their vast knowledge in building materials, regulations and energy efficient measures, to complete a detailed deemed score survey (DSSY).
