Our expert domestic energy assessors are qualified to inspect the energy efficiency of an existing domestic dwelling. The assessment formulates the properties Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

The assessment looks at the following areas; 

  • Wall Construction & Insulation 

  • Roof Construction & Insulation

  • Loft Insulation

  • Floor Construction & Insulation 

  • Windows Specifications

  • Heating Systems

  • Lighting

  • Renewable Energy Systems 


The assessment will calculate the estimated energy usage of the property, and the assessor will be able to provide energy efficient recommendations from this assessment. 

You must have an EPC for your property if you are putting it on the market. If you are a landlord, as of April 2020, you must have an EPC grade of E or above to be able to rent out your property.
